Electricity and Internet  -  Electricity will be provided to your booth if you selected to have it on your contract. Wireless internet is available throughout the conference center at no additional charge. The wireless internet connection at your booth CANNOT be guaranteed. 

 

Confirmation -  All vendors that successfully purchase a booth will receive a confirmation email with further instructions regarding this year’s event.

Shipping to the Conference Site - We have limited storage available, but can accommodate some shipments and short term storage. Do NOT use the address listed above for shipping - items will not be handled correctly. Please contact the vendor coordinator to make arrangements. 

 

Exhibit Setup The exhibit hall will be in a space that cannot be secured overnight. Exhibitors may set up their booths on Thursday afternoon (AFTER 3:30pm), and store items that must be secured in the upstairs conference room (only available from 3:30-5:00pm). On Friday morning, the building will be accessible 1 hour before registration (6:30-7:30am), at which time, all secured items must be removed from the conference room.

 

Exhibitor Contact Information. -   The contact information provided on your registration page will be made available during the conference on the event app. Please provide accurate contact information to allow for efficient communication. 

 

Exhibitor Presentations. -  If you’re interested in presenting a session, please complete the call for proposals form found at https://www.nebscinats.org/natsfc no later than Aug 22, 2025. Notifications regarding proposal determinations will be emailed by Sept 5, 2025.

 

Vendor Passport/Scavenger Hunt  -  In order to increase traffic at the vendor booths, a vendor passport/scavenger hunt will be promoted among conference goers. Participants will need to visit booths to get a stamp in order to be entered into a prize raffle. Vendors are welcome and encouraged to participate by donating an item for the raffle.

 

Silent Auction - The conference will host a silent auction. Vendors are welcome and encouraged to bring items for the auction. Please contact NATS for more information. 

 

Lunch Tickets  -  One lunch ticket is included with booth purchase. Upgrade your sponsorship level for additional free lunch tickets (see sponsorship page below), or purchase extras for $20 each.

 

Lodging  -  Lodging for vendors is not included. Hotel accommodations can be made with the conference hotel: Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln

Cancellations and Refunds  - The cancellation deadline is October 1, 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date.
